Your profile and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Sociaphy the limited permission needed to host, display, format and deliver that content as part of the service. Only publish content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, publish unlawful or harmful material, distribute malware, scrape the service without permission or attempt to disrupt security and availability.
Third-party services
Profiles may contain links to social networks, maps and other third-party services. Sociaphy does not control those services and their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep Sociaphy available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where these terms are materially violated, security is threatened or the law requires it. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
